Legal Warranty
As a consumer, you are entitled to a reliable product. This means that your item should function as you might reasonably expect. Is this not the case? Then we will provide repair, replacement or a suitable solution.
The legal warranty does not have a fixed term - it depends on the product and how long you can expect it to last. For example, a skateboard deck has a different lifespan than the bearings.
What does the guarantee cover?
- ✓ Production errors or defects which are not self-inflicted
- ✓ Parts that break down within normal usage time (e.g. a truck breaking after a week)
- ✓ Not functioning as described in the product information
- ✓ Damage on arrival or wrongly delivered product
What is not covered by the warranty?
- ✘ Normal wear and tear - wheels, bearings and grip tape wear out through use
- ✘ Damage due to misuse or incorrect assembly
- ✘ Self-made adjustments to the product
- ✘ Defects due to improper maintenance or insufficient protection (e.g. rust from rain)
- ✘ Damage caused by falls, stunts or crashes
Tip: In doubt about whether something is under warranty? Send us a picture with an explanation - we always think with you and are honest about what we can do.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Send us an e-mail or WhatsApp with your order number, a clear description of the problem and (if possible) a few clear photos.
We will get back to you within 1-2 working days. We take an honest look at the situation and indicate the options immediately.
Depending on the situation, we will provide repairs, a replacement product or a refund. You never have to wait long.
