🕒 How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed before 5pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day with PostNL. Delivery in Netherlands and Belgium is usually the delivered next day. For other European countries, the delivery time is 2-5 working days.
🔁 What is your return and exchange policy?
You can place your order within 30-day free returns via our returns portal, as long as the product is unused and in original condition. Personalised or used items cannot be returned. Unless the product does not function properly.
