Globe Sun City 2 Surf Skate 30″ Astro Red

The Globe Sun City 2 Surf Skate - Astro Red is a short, surf-inspired cruiser with swallow-tail which is built for a smooth carving feeling. Thanks to the Slant Surf/Skate trucks you can ‘m pumps to make speed (surf style), but you can also just push as with a normal cruiser.

The deck is made of Resin-7 hard rock maple and has a mellow side-to-side concave: comfortable underfoot, but with enough control to steer tightly. The setup rolls on 65mm 83A conical wheels, making you go along streets and pavement paths noticeably more relaxed than with hard park wheels.

The finish is typical Globe: a full black paint dipped deck with red paint flecks and matt graphics (top & bottom). At the back is a tailpad of BLOOM™ algae foam: a grip-friendly material made (according to BLOOM™) by processing harvested algae from polluted waters into a renewable composite, as an alternative to virgin/petroleum-based materials.
