Not satisfied with your order? No problem! You have with us 30-day cooling-off period to return the product.

This is how returns work at LongboardCenter.eu:

1. Request a return label
   Send us a message via WhatsApp or email (see details below). Please state your order number and which product you wish to return. We will then send you the correct return label.

2. Pack the article neatly
   - Use the original packaging if possible
   - Make sure the product complete, clean and unused is
   - Pack it securely to avoid damage during return shipment

3. Send it with the return label
   Once we have received and checked the return, we deposit the purchase price within 5 working days back via the original payment method.

ℹ️ Right of withdrawal - how does it work with us?

Want to cancel or return your order? No problem. With us you have 30-day cooling-off period. Just send us a WhatsApp message or email and let us know what you want to return or cancel. You don't need to fill in a complicated form for this - a short message will do.

We will then send you a return label with which you can easily return the product.
